Annette was brought in to finalize closure on a special fixed-bid project within WFF that required a significant
increase in scope and effort in order to fulfill the SOW as promised to the customer.

Annette met the customers' requirements by facilitating a resource transition and providing a quick turn-around
implementation tuning team with two days' notice. This was done to ensure sign-off and customer acceptance.
